INDUCTION is a very effective methode of heating metallic parts. In seconds, components can be heated up to 1300°C. A circuit current, introduced by a high frequent magnetic field is the source for the energy transfer to the metall component. The frequency is effecting the penetration depth. Our induction systems are well adjusted for your applications with the highest degree of efficiency.
For the conduction process, a direct current is implemented to the component. We offer systems up to 40.000A. The direct heating is very efficient. It offers advantages in areas, whereas induction comes to a limit due to geometrical circumstances.
The technology is based on a further development of the Infra-red heating technology. Special reflector systems allows the focussing of the very short wave radiation to the components. With this technology, energy density of up to 1MW/m2 can be generated and is used for coatings, non metallic components, metallic components, plastics as well as in the printing industry.
Using this technology, we produce in conjunction with induction or NIR extremely high temperature homogeneities or we keep components efficiently at temperature if it is required for the process. A minimum energy is required to keep even complex shaped components at a constant temperature level.
